Yuchai strikes hard: cracking down on counterfeit and shoddy products and maintaining market order

In order to resolutely crack down on the bad behavior of infringing intellectual property rights and manufacturing and selling counterfeit and shoddy goods, and maintain a fair, orderly market environment and a good business environment, Yuchai Monopoly took quick action and organized elite forces to conduct in-depth and detailed investigations on auto parts cities in Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guangdong, Fujian and other provinces and cities. After unremitting efforts, it successfully locked down a number of stores and warehouses suspected of selling counterfeit goods and manufacturing counterfeit goods, and worked closely with the local market supervision and administration bureau and the public security bureau to severely investigate and punish these illegal units.

Since the launch of the special rectification and joint crackdown action in the third quarter, Yuchai has directed its crackdown on key areas, key products and key markets, and has launched a series of special operations to crack down on infringement and counterfeiting. Hand in hand with local public security organs, we have jointly woven a tight legal network to crack down on the crimes of infringing intellectual property rights and manufacturing and selling counterfeit goods. In this operation, a total of 50 police officers were dispatched, and 7 major criminal cases of manufacturing and selling counterfeit and inferior Yuchai parts were successfully cracked, 17 counterfeiting dens were destroyed, 2 counterfeiting gangs were destroyed, and 6 suspects were brought to justice. The amount involved was as high as 900,000 yuan. The counterfeit products seized were of various types and astonishing quantity, including 170 starters, 3,000 filters, 2,000 auxiliary bearings, 100 metering injection pumps, 5 engine assemblies, 40 superchargers and a large number of various gaskets.
